Dumbbell Set with Rack

I've recently been looking for a Dumbbell Set with Rack in order to sort out my arm 'wings' and make my biceps a little bit more defined. Improving fitness is always on my mind - especially at the start of a year when I am really trying to get myself back into shape. I am also aware of the fact that as we grow older we need to exercise for better health, and not just more defined muscles.

My son has a set of weights already, and they work well for him. In about a year he turned his arms into an object of envy for his friends and I've noticed how wide and mighty his shoulders have become. Curiously, as I attended my gym, I also noticed that the number of older people working out on the machines was a lot higher than it was about 10 years ago. It looks like men and women alike are keen to develop their fitness these days, which I think is an inspiring trend!
